Wedding Coffee Bar Packages

We are ready to brew up magic for your special day in all different forms! We are here to meet whatever your needs are! With our magical cold brew based drinks, specialty homemade syrups, and additional non-coffee options, we will bring the energy needed with an early morning reception or keep everyone alive,caffeinate and dancing all throughout a night time reception. Brewing magic for your special day

  • Starting at $300

    This package is designed just for the bridal party and close family members while you’re getting ready. While you handle makeup, hair, and last-minute details, we’ll keep your crew caffeinated and celebration-ready from the very start.

    Includes:

    • Cold brew–based drinks (cold brew, hot brew, and iced lattes–one drink per gues) for up to 50 people

    • Basic fruit and charcuterie tray for up to 50 people

    •  2 hours of service + setup and breakdown

    Choose up to 4 homemade syrup flavors for the cold brew–based drinks

  • 50–150 people | $450-$800

    Perfect for small to medium-sized weddings, this package ensures your guests enjoy a personalized coffee experience to match the magic of your day.

    Includes:

    • Up to 4 hours of serving time + setup and breakdown

    • Cold brew–based drinks (cold brew, hot brew, and iced lattes–one drink per guest) — up to 100 drinks

    • Customized menu with up to 4 homemade syrup flavors

    • “Bride & Groom’s Drinks of Choice” featured on the menu

    • Complimentary drink sampling for the couple

  • 100-250 people | $1000 flat rate

    This is the ultimate coffee bar experience for couples who want to go all out. We’re talking unlimited drinks, custom everything, and those extra-special details that will have your guests talking (and sipping) all night long. From matcha to lemonade to handcrafted lattes with your name on them.....it’s your dream café, reimagined for your wedding day!

    Includes:

    • Unlimited drinks for up to 250 people (includes cold brew–based drinks, matcha, and specialty lemonades

    • 6+ hours of service + setup and breakdown

    • Customized disposable cups for guests and glass cups for the couple to keep

    • Custom drink menu with 4 signature syrup flavors and the couple’s featured drinks

    • Custom chalkboard sign (“Love is Brewing for ___ & ___” or a message of your choice)

    Must have at least 100 guests to book this package

    • Customized Cups: Designed with the couple’s name, date, or special logo; includes glass cups for the bride and groom to keep – $150

    • Matcha Option: Add matcha drinks with one additional syrup flavor (serves up to 50 people) – $70

    • Specialty Lemonades: Unlimited flavored lemonade with a choice of syrup (lavender, strawberry, etc.) for up to 50 people – $70

    Perfect for intimate gatherings, showers, or private parties.

    Includes:

    • 2 hours of service (plus setup & breakdown)
